Long-Term Response Action (LTRA) Contracts, Multiple Locations

Project Description: Provided a wide-range of long-term monitoring (LTM), remedial action-operations (RA-O), and site assessment activities at several military installations under two 8(a) IDIQ contracts for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District. Successfully performed 23 firm-fixed-price task orders. Performed the work under multiple federally-funded programs, including IRP, FUDS, BRAC, and USEPA Superfund.

  • Project management and planning including preparing project-specific work plans, quality control plans, sampling, and analysis plans (SAP), accident prevention/health & safety plans (in accordance with EM 385-1-1), and erosion control plans
  • Geotechnical and hydrogeologic/geologic investigations
  • O&M of soil and groundwater treatment systems
  • Landfill maintenance and repairs
  • Waste characterization and compliance
  • Remedial process optimization (RPO) of site remedies, including treatment and monitoring systems
  • LTM of containment response actions and landfill/disposal cell closure remedies
  • Collection, analysis, and evaluation of environmental data to support 5-year reviews
